At 45, life has shown me that growth isn’t linear, and I’m here to turn my lived experiences and expertise into guidance.
How did I get interested in health and wellness?
I’d always had a tendency towards being anxious, but in my 20s I developed panic disorder and it was debilitating. Determined to heal, I explored the mind-body connection and discovered its power. I discovered that I couldn’t be anxious and exercise at the same time! I allowed myself space to move beyond anxiety when I cleaned up my diet, limited alcohol, removed caffeine, and kept solid sleep habits. I was forever changed for the better, and it not only ignited a series of lifelong healthy behaviors, but also sparked my passion for sharing wellness as a journey.
I believe that when we share our stories, we create powerful connection– and that connection is where true transformation begins.
For me, this journey isn’t about an “after” photo. It’s about learning to fall in love with a life you’ve created with purpose and intention- one that is full of health, joy, and lasting fulfillment.
I’m deeply committed to supporting women using a GLP-1 because I SEE YOU. I truly understand the unique challenges you face– the highs, the uncertainties, and the moments when you wish you had a confidant who gets it. My purpose is to be your unwavering mentor and partner alongside your inner transformation, because you shouldn’t have to do this on your own ♥️.

Want to know what’s behind the coaching? Here’s a peek into my real life—the challenges, the adventures, and everything that’s shaped the woman (and coach) I am today:
🌍 I grew up in NC but I’ve lived all over the world and speak French fluently. At 21, I moved to Europe and spent nearly a decade abroad. At 30, I left an abusive marriage and returned to the U.S. as a single mom with a 3-year-old daughter.
💛 Today, I’m remarried to an incredible husband (a surgeon, and the kindest partner I could ask for), and we are raising our family: my now 18-year-old daughter, our 7-year-old son, and our elderly yellow lab.
✨ I’ve overcome a lot: anxiety disorders, a divorce that meant starting over with nothing, multiple miscarriages, infertility, and body-image struggles. Every experience built my resilience—and deepened my compassion.
💪 I’m also proud of so much: I have an ongoing 15-year career in big tech, I became a Precision Nutrition L1 certified coach, and completed an Ashtanga yoga teacher training in Paris, led a yoga retreat in the south of Greece, and while living in NYC I dominated “NY hard” workout classes 😜! I have also built an unparalleled inner circle of best friends who are literally fundamental to my survival.
🏋️♀️ In my 30s, I discovered strength training—and it changed everything. It became my anchor, and the spark that ignited my desire to coach women on their own health journeys.
👭 I’ve now been coaching for over a decade, blending science, spirit, and lived experience to help women feel powerful in their bodies and grounded in their lives.
