  • That’s entirely up to you as it’s designed to be completed at your own pace, but if you plug away at a little each day, I would estimate 8 weeks. 

  • Yes, and what’s more, you will always receive the most updated versions if I release new sections or update any material. The GLP-1 world is rapidly evolving and I am committed to accuracy.

  • I recommend in order, as I am intentionally guiding you through steps that will activate your ability to implement change.

    I believe in this so much, that I’ve designed it so that certain phases of your course will unlock at the 2 and 4 week mark after you’ve purchased The Blueprint. You’ll receive email alerts when this happens! 

  • The Mastercourse provides community support, live group calls, and the full gamut of resources from The Blueprint.

    The Elite 1:1 coaching is more personalized, with direct access to me for custom strategies, accountability, and tailored support. 

  • No problem! They will be recorded and uploaded into our platform for you to access anytime. 

  • Download the Circle app and you’re ready to go! For workouts, I’ve given you options at home with basic equipment (dumbbells and bands) or at the gym. 

  • There’s no obligation, and you will have the workout written down in The Blueprint.  However, the Playbook app offers a great user experience and allows you to see demos of each movement, track your weights and progress, and hold yourself accountable with reminders.
